Pizzeria Bianco Town & Country – A longtime fixture in the Phoenix restaurant community, Bianco serves, without a doubt, the BEST wood-fired pizzas. Admittedly, this one made the cut because of my husband’s obsession with their handmade crust and rustic, traditional bread. I am inclined to agree with him. (Note: He would eat here seven days each week if I’d let him. No joke.) And I should also mention Pane Bianco on Central, whose menu includes wood-fire-baked sandwiches and healthy salads. Their trademark dough keeps me and the husband showing up.
